Shipping time occurs AFTER the processing period has been completed.

• processing time is 2-5 business days
• shipping time is 2-5 business days
• all wig orders have a 7-10 day processing time unless otherwise stated
• please expect delays during the holidays

 

RETURN POLICY

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL hair extensions cannot be resold after handled or worn by the buyer 
• please DOUBLE CHECK your order before submitting
• returns will ONLY be accepted if yo receive the wrong items
• we are NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages
• We do NOT ship items with "signature required" options, however you may request this option for an additional fee
